Jesse Clark is a Haitian born Fine-Art Photographer based in Florida. Clark began his studies in Visual Art at Harrison School for the Arts in Lakeland and graduated in 2019. Clark has received the Lakeland Silver Garland Award for the Art Category (2019), President's Award through Best of Ringling (2021) and was one of the first photographers to be awarded First Place in the Florida State Fair High School Portfolio Exhibition. He now attends Ringling College of Art + Design as a Presidential Scholar for the Photography and Imaging BFA major.
Clark's work explores social issues, and overcoming injustices and identity. He uses use vibrant colors palettes and draws inspiration from his experience as a dancer to accentuate beauty, intimacy and life within the subjects captured. Through his work, he wants to inspire other creatives to use their voice and to help move the world forward through positive change.
